SHIPPING

Currently our shipping prices (CAD) are based on the weight per item. We use Canada Post Expedited service as our default shipping method. Expedited service is available upon request. Please email us directly to discuss your shipping time requirements. We assume no responsibility for lost shipments. You can contact Canada Post to open a “Lost Shipment Case” 30 days after the shipment date.

RETURNS

We guarantee our craftsmanship and quality, however due to the volatile nature of raw materials, products can become damaged and/or rendered unsuitable for use. Because we practice quality standards and GMP, we can only accept unopened products (of those products that are sealed for safety) for returns or exchange. The customer shall assume all shipping charges for this type of return. All other products that do not contain a safety seal are non-refundable except in the case that there has been an error on our part during the manufacturing process. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment. In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it.

We will need your proof of purchase to process any refund or exchange. For Returns and exchange requests, we ask that you send us advanced notice via email to hello@thewildfolk.ca so that we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please retain your postal receipt from the shipping carrier until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by The Wild Folk. We may need to track your parcel if we fail to receive your package.

If a product is damaged during shipping, you must file a damage claim with the shipper as we do not insure shipments without special request. Refused orders are subject to full shipping charges.

Only items purchased on the The Wild Folk website can be returned to www.thewildfolk.ca for refund or exchange within 10 days of original purchase. Items purchased from our stockists must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Above all, we want you to love our products as much as we do! If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order please email us at: hello@thewildfolk.ca
